Kanye West & Jay Z - Thats my Bitch (produced by Q-Tip)

There use to be a simple time when Q-Tip was flowing about vibrant things. Before that, he was testifying his obsession for "Bonita Applebottoms" and repetitively asking, what's the scenario?  Well it seems that Q has turned to the other side of the recording glass and this time its with big hitters  Kanye West and HOVA for their upcoming  new project, Watch the Throne. Its not official but were  pretty certain that this tracks hook features the very impressive  Elly Jackson of  La Roux. So heres a little something to suck on until more is released. Enjoy!

Cut Copy - Take Me Over

Thought we'd lighten it up a little before Thanksgiving weekend. This upcoming release from Cut Copy has the dance/synth flavor that'll get you movin' over break. Be sure to look out for their new album, set to release in early 2011.

Bassnectar

A Schemshekie favorite, Bassnectar released a new song yesterday titled Yes. It's got a reggae feel to it with the dark, hard hitting bass that we've come to love.

Basscectar also released a Fall 2010 Tour video about a week ago. The song featured in the video is titled Falling feat. Paper Machete. If you haven't seen one of his live shows, this certainly will get ya motivated

The Boomzers

So as we were browsing some of F.O.O.L's tracks, we came across a sick remix by The Boomzers. This duo out of Italy is quickly rising the charts with their electrifying sounds, many of which compare to The Bloody Beet Roots, Designer Drugs, or Gigi Barocco. More of their songs can be found here.

F.O.O.L

So we came across the producer F.O.O.L (Fuck Our Ordinary Lives) and right away, we were impressed. Their tracks are heavy and hit hard. Didnt know much about them but here is what their lil bio on Soundcloud has to say: "F.O.O.L have been called the production GODS of Sweden. No, it's not Black Metal, but it is the kind of Electro that makes churches get fire insurance. Heavy, raw, and screaming, yet built to move people on the dance floor, the vicious sounds of F.O.O.L are louder and dirtier than the homeless guy who waits outside of your local liquor store." If that doesnt get you interested, we dont know what will

Crystal Fighters

Recently discovered the Spanish group Crystal Fighters and the more we listen, the more it grows on us. The group is quite eclectic, and their recently released album seems to span various genres of music. At one point, you are listening to a mellow guitar fused with electro beats, and the next you are banging to some spanish dub. The following two songs are very different, but we think you'll like them both.

Dancing WIth The DJ - The Knocks (Chiddy Bang Remix)

We've been posting a lot of electro and dub as of late, so thought we'd switch it up a bit today. Check out this remix by one of our favorites, Chiddy Bang, as he takes a song by The Knocks and adds some bigger beats and synths.

Pendulum - The Island (Steve Angello, An21, and Max Vengelli Remix)

Wow. Mix Two-thirds of Swedish House Mafia with Max Vangelli, and you have an UNBELIEVABLY good remix of Pendulum's "The Island." After hearing how sick it is our only complaint is that it takes 3 minutes plus to drop their huge looping synth, but like a lot of great tracks it's worth the wait...

We Almost forgot about Phonat

A lot of times it easy to get caught up with trying to find what is new and fresh so much that you forget about dope shit of yore. Hence this little installment in the world of Phonat aka Michele Balduzzi. An Italian raised producer who has set artists like Tiesto and Peter Tong tracks on fire. Here is his second highly anticipated EP, "The Phonat".

This is Just Plain Awesome

Lately its been insanely awesome beats on JS. So figured we could weird it up a little with this amazing Rockwell footage. You read right, Rockwell. Enjoy!

Introducing...Electrixx (Oh Shit!)

We recommend you start the weekend with our filthy new German friends, Erik Venhues and Marvin Hell of Electrixx. Their 2009 track, "Tetris" hit #1 on Beatport #1 and Trackitdown (see why below), and they continue to be fucking awesome with their creatively titled track, "This Music," which dropped on Beatport last week. Oh, and their remixes are insanely sick as well. Get dirty.

Mobroder

For all those fans of super bitichin' dicso house comes, Morbroder. A perferable tripod inbreed super group that consists of Naeem Juwan (aka MC Spank Rock), NYC's Blu Jemz and LA's DJ Hoff. As of now there is no plans for a release date in the future but Blu Jemz states, "Hoff and i have been working on a Mix CD with Spank Rock, whic is basically like the trials and tribulations of the Black Moroder, I think it's gonna be epic, so of course it's taking forever." I guess for now we will have to settle for these two hot fire tracks.

Skrillex - Weekends (Zedd Remix)

Wednesday draggin? Ready for Friday already? Then you certainly will like this track title Weekends. Although the original by Skrillex is sick, the German producer Zedd has somehow managed to make the track even better. Despite only producing for under a year, Zedd continues to impress and we look forward to more releases from him.

Holy Shit! HOLY GHOST!

Meet Holy Ghost!, a disco breaking, shaker shaking, baby music making duo from Yonkers. These two childhood friends have been getting a lot of buzz lately from their latest EP, Static on the Wire, and its well deserved. The four track EP may seem a little light but let us assure you its not. This mash of analog style synth drifts, funky bass, and catchy hooks will have you playing the tracks repetitively on that fancy tape player yours. Be sure to check out their tour schedule this fall when they hit the road with LCD Soundsystem, and Hot Chip!
